Yes we are an NCBTMB Approved Provider (#25820-00):

Because of a special three-year grace period given to HEMME Approach by NCBTMB in 2008, you can still take all of your CE requirements from HEMME Approach without being required to take a hands-on exam.  We have been an NCBTMB provider (Category A) since NCBTMB started requiring continuing-education courses, and we are very pleased they granted us the special three-year exemption.

To satisfy the new NCBTMB six-hour ethics requirement, you can take the four-hour ethics-and-law course and the two-hour medical-errors course.   This will give you one hour for professionalism, one hour for legal and ethical requirements, a half-hour for confidentiality, one hour for business practices, two hours for standard V roles and boundaries, and a half-hour for prevention of sexual misconduct.

you can count on HEMME Approach Publications.
