I really appreciate the easy accessibility to the class for CEU requirements. In the past my preference has been to take classroom workshops to get the advanced level of hands-on experience.  This year my heavy work schedule did not permit so I went on-line reluctantly since I’m not comfortable on the computer. I learned a lot of information in all of my course studies, especially this one .(HEMME Approach to Low Back Pain) I was able to implement what I learned the same week I was studying the material and got immediate results!  M. P

I have truly enjoyed reading “Lumbopelvic Disorders” thoroughly.  It came at the right time because I have been dealing with this disorder for 31/2 years, not knowing it actually had a name until I read this book.  As a massage therapist I was not familiar with this disorder.  Therefore, I really didn’t know who I should be going to for help.  Of recently I did start going to two different PT’s, one for Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, the other for lower back.  At least things started to change, and I have not been so uncomfortable.  I am not totally there yet, but getting closer.  I work on trigger points myself and muscle energy work and I do get massages.  When I was going to a trainer I was really uncomfortable and sore all the time.  From studying this book I know I am on the right track now, thank goodness.  It was a relief to know that this is not uncommon with people.  I just knew that if I had gone to my regular physician it would have ended up with muscle relaxers, pain pills and possible surgery.  That is not what I wanted or really what I thought should do to help myself. 

I would love to be a part of getting the word out there to clients about this disorder and be able to educate them and help them with getting the right treatments.  D. E.
